As parent carers ourselves, we face the same difficulties you do in the school holidays! This is why, when the schools close, so does our office, but all staff are still available. Every officer is home working and has access to their emails. The office telephone is NOT manned in the school holidays, however you can leave a message for when we return in September if its not urgent.
Depending on whether you have a new referral, or an ongoing case with us will vary how you can get in touch with us.
